Tigh-Na-Mara is pleased to welcome well-behaved pets year-round* in our One and Two Bedroom Rustic Cottages, throughout our resort grounds, and on the beach. The cottages are non-smoking units. We have a one time $35 deep cleaning charge per reservation (no additional charge for multiple nights or multiple dogs). Pets must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after.

*Please note - to protect the migrating Brant geese and their habitat, dogs are not permitted on the beach from February 15 to April 30. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping preserve this important natural environment!

Our pet-friendly 1 and 2-bedroom Rustic Cottages are stand-alone dwellings and are set within the forest. Rooms have sliding doors with screens leading out to a private balcony, patio or deck area.

Explore our 22 acres of tranquil forest and 3 kilometres of sandy beach. Capture the natural beauty that surrounds us including hundreds of species of birds like Bald Eagles, Herons and Northern Flickers as well as an abundance of marine life all at our doorstep.

Explore the Horne Lake Caves, visit the virgin forest of Cathedral Grove, or hike the Little Qualicum and Englishman River Falls. Arrange an excursion for your group through our Front Desk, including salmon fishing, horseback riding, skiing or golfing at any one of six local golf courses. Our local artisans also make shopping a rewarding experience for all!
