Pet Policy:
All dogs considered. Courtesy requested in keeping our unit clean if your dog tracks in dirt or is long haired. Please no sleeping on our beds. Bring you own kennel if needed. $100 pet deposit redeemable once the unit is cleaned after your stay. Off leash permitted right out the door. Please pick up after your dog on trails and in our back yard, And kick snow over any urine, as the next guests to our home may not be dog lovers.

Services and Amenities:Kitchen is fully equipped, blender, large roasting pan, microwave, ice maker, high quality pots and pan set, stainless steel appliances, basic spice, kit, flour, sugar and some dried ingredients all on hand.
Linen and towels are all provided. There is TV/VCR/Cable connection, a modest collection of DVD's for kids and adults, all onsite. Wire Internet connection from anywhere in the unit.
Attractions: Silver Star Mtn is known for its fabulous snow conditions, family friendly atmosphere and its playful Victorian style and colour. An easy 7 walk to the village, plenty of good restaurants and a decent little general store with liquor. A solid mountain for skiers of all abilities. X-c skiers have over 100 km of trials using both SS (back door) and Sovereign Lakes (a 5 min drive away.) Check out www.skisilverstar.com. and www.sovereignlake.com.

Christmas/New Yrs: Dec 18th to Jan 2nd $550/nt with 5 nt minimum
Jan 2-March 20th $395/nt with 3 nt miinimum (except Pres. wk and Masters wk below)
U.S. President's week $395/nt with a 4 nt minimum (Feb 18-26th)
Masters World Cup week Mar 4-11th $395/nt with 4 nt minimum
Shoulder season, March 21st to end of season $350/nt with 3 nt minimum
We accept Personal Cheque, Money Order, Cash.
Deposits and Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit req'd at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to rental. Within 30 days of arrival, 80% returned if unit re-books. Before 30 days all is refundable but only if unit re-books. If it does not re-book, the deposit is non-refundable.
