If you are looking for a peaceful vacation away from the noise and fast pace of the City, but want to be close enough to enjoy the attractions city life offers, come visit us. We are located on the South Side of the Bouctouche River only five minutes from downtown shopping.

Nestled in the trees, our four spacious, two and three bedroom cottages offer a breath-taking view of the River as well as ample space for children to run free and explore without the worry of traffic.

Our insulated cottages are fully equipped with electric heat, bath and shower and barbecues. For your convenience all have patios, Kitchen has micro wave, toaster, color TV, coffee maker, etc.

Boat Cruises, Sandy Beaches, Golf Courses, Fishing, and Le Pays de la Sagouine are only a few of the attractions nearby. For the children and the "young at heart", plan a visit to Magie Mountain, Pays de la Sagouine, Magnetic Hill and Kouchibouguac Provincial Park.

Our rates are reasonable and competitive with other tourist accommodations in this area. We are open to serve you from May through October.

Pets in residence. Guest pets: We accept pets provided they are quiet (not barkers) and that they are on leash while outside. And that owners pick up after their pets... Some restrictions apply.

• $735.00/week tax included.
• $5.00 per day for each additional person
• Off season rates: $450.00 weekly after September 2nd.

Cottage #2 (sleeps 6): on the river; 1 double bed; 1 bunk bed; 1 sofa (double bed); 4 piece bathroom; Star Choice Satellite TV.
• $735.00/week tax included.
• $10.00 per day for each additional person
• Off season rates: $450.00 weekly after September 2nd.

Cottage #3 (3 bedrooms, sleeps 8): view of the river; 2 double beds; 1 set of bunk beds; 1 sofa (double bed); Star Choice Satelite TV.
• $800.00/week tax included
• Off season rates: $450.00 weekly after September 2nd.

Cottage #4 (sleeps 4): view of the river; 1 Queen bed; 1 sofa (double bed); electric fireplace; whirlpool tub in the bathroom; private living room; 2 patios; Star Choice Satelite TV.
• $735.00/week tax included.
• $10.00 per day for each additional person
• Off season rates: $450.00 weekly after September 2nd.

We accept Personal Cheque, Money Order, Cash, personal cheque for deposit only,,then cash or money order for the balance.

Deposits and Cancellation Policy:

A deposit of $ 150.00 is required to hold the reservation.
If we receive a cancellation one month prior to check-in date a full refund is sent... If after one month and I can rent it to someone else ,,I will send back the deposit in full,but if I can't book it to someone else,,I will keep the deposit.
