We accept Personal Cheque, Money Order, Cash, personal cheque for deposit only, then cash or money order for the balance.

Deposits and Cancellation Policy: A deposit of $ 150.00 is required to hold the reservation.
If we receive a cancellation one month prior to check-in date a full refund is sent... If after one month and I can rent it to someone else, I will send back the deposit in full, but if I can't book it to someone else, I will keep the deposit.
