Pet Policy:
We have 3 suites that are suitable for pets. All have a private entrance. Please let us know when booking that you are traveling with a pet. There is an additional fee of $30. The pet must not be left unattended in the room at any time, and is not allowed in other parts of the house at any time. We ask that your pet be house-trained, not sleep on the beds or sofas, and of course, since there are other guests in the house, the pet must be quiet and not unnerved by the presence of other people. You agree to be responsible for any damage done by your pet.
Please mention your pet(s) when making an inquiry or reservation!
Attractions:We are within five minutes walking distance of U.S. Ferries, the Inner Harbour, Legislative Buildings, the Empress Hotel, Royal British Columbia Museum, IMAX, Wax Museum, the ocean, and many of Victoria's finest restaurants and shopping areas.

Daily prices include our gourmet breakfast. Minimum 2-night stay may apply on some weekends and holidays. Extra person charges are CAD $30 for adults and $25 for children to age 16. We have off-street parking. In consideration of others, we limit smoking to our balconies and patios.

Deposits and Cancellation Policy: Albion Manor Bed and Breakfast Inn is a small, unique inn with a limited number of rooms. We do not overbook like many large hotels so cancellations can affect the success of our business. For this reason, we have the following cancellation policy:
A one night deposit will be charged for each room booked.
You may cancel within 24 hours of making the reservation without charge.
All cancellations after that time are subject to a $30 administration charge per room.
If less than 14 days notice is given, one night will be charged.
Should you have to check out before your confirmed departure date, we will try to re-rent the room, but if we are unable to do so, you will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation.
All cancellations within 7 days of your anticipated arrival will be charged the full amount of your stay unless we are able to re-rent the room.
Many credit card companies provide trip cancellation or trip interruption insurance free or at very low rates. We strongly suggest that you obtain trip insurance to cover any unforeseen changes to your travel plans.
It's a strict policy we know, but sad experience has taught us that we must protect our small business. We suggest that you contact your travel agent or credit card company regarding trip cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen changes to your plans.
