Pet Policy:
We have 3 suites that are suitable for pets. All have a private entrance. Please let us know when booking that you are traveling with a pet. There is an additional fee of $25. The pet must not be left unattended in the room at any time, and is not allowed in other parts of the house at any time. We ask that your pet be house-trained, not sleep on the beds or sofas, and of course, since there are other guests in the house, the pet must be quiet and not unnerved by the presence of other people. You agree to be responsible for any damage done by your pet.
 Please mention your pet(s) when making an inquiry or reservation!
Attractions:We are within five minutes walking distance of U.S. Ferries, the Inner Harbour, Legislative Buildings, the Empress Hotel, Royal British Columbia Museum, IMAX, Wax Museum, the ocean, and many of Victoria's finest restaurants and shopping areas.

Daily prices include our gourmet breakfast. Minimum 2-night stay may apply on some weekends and holidays. Extra person charges are CAD $25 for adults and $20 for children to age 16. We have off-street parking. In consideration of others, we limit smoking to our balconies and patios.
The preferred method of payment is Interac. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Travelers Cheques or Cash. Payment is due on arrival.
