Pet Policy:
Pets in residence. Guest pets: Dogs only: nightly fees of $25-$35/unit + tax will be added to your rental. Please inquire about dog-friendly cabins when booking. Minutes to doggie beach area! Off-leash area on site. Walks and trails nearby. Owners must pick up after your pet and use the designated area. We supply bags, shovel, and disposal waste bucket. Dogs are to leashed and under control when entering our courtyard area, and the human guest area. Fido is welcome to stay in your Cabin if your out exploring our area, however Fido must be kenneled not left free roaming unattended, smaller breeds not kennel trained no problem, we can arrange a baby gate and your pet can be left in the large bathroom with toys, water etc.

Services and Amenities:Mini kitchenettes come equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafe maker all cutlery, stem ware and plates supplied. Gas BBQ supplied in front of cabins. All linens provided. CD stereo's, quality cable TV/DVD player. FREE WiFi. Each Cabin offers a large private gated deck with Mountain Views and a private Hot Tub. Outdoor wood burning firepits available (weather permitting) we supply the firewood.
Attractions: South corner of Kootenay National Park 10 minutes to Park Gate. Five (5) National Parks and numerous Provincial Parks close to us. World-class golf courses at our doorstep more then 12 golf courses to choose from. Minutes to "James Chabot" the Best Beach. 10 minutes to Radium Hot Springs Pools. Numerous Restaurants, pubs, and Shops, Grocery stores and Art Galleries within 3 minutes.

Rates are calculated by the season, how many nights, type of amenities, and how many occupants. A price quote is best.
Our rates are per night in Canadian currency and are based on double occupancy. Prices range (seasonal) from $199-399 not including extra person, dog rental fees, additional add-on packages. Applicable taxes apply. Add $25.00 per extra person for additional beds where applicable (ask).
Minimum stays may apply on some weekends and Holiday periods. Rates are Subject to Change without notice.
Special packages and family or group rates are quoted and designed at the time of booking.
We require a deposit payment of 50% at time of booking to confirm a reservation. 60 days prior to your arrival the remainder balance must be paid in full unless other arrangements have been made. *If you cancel a reservation AT ANY TIME, there is a $150.00 Fee per room. AND if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your confirmed date of arrival you will forfeit your original 100% deposit payment. There are also no refunds FOR EARLY DEPARTURES / unused portions of your reservation. Review our cancellation policy for medical reasons.> Any season *Or in the event of personal injury or sickness we will then require a Original Doctor's certificate with some sort of explanation and up to 50% of your reservation deposit would be returned to you after our verification of authenticity *(please note this must be submitted to us within 30 days of cancellation). Otherwise consideration for refund will be declined.
(Winter time only) I do like to mention this to all guests during winter driving season. That only in the event of RCMP or Dept of Highways closing down the roads due to bad treacherous weather driving conditions that we will make a adjustment for your reservation and you will not be penalized, and your reservation can be used at another date. (You must however contact us to advise). There are (3) routes to arriving here. To date there have been no problems.
Confirmation: Written email confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit. Please check your dates carefully to ensure the accuracy, as your deposit payment will be forfeited if you arrive after the dates specified.
