Pet Policy:
Pets in residence. Guest pets: With an advanced reservation we allow pets (dogs and cats) in two of our cottages. The fee for a pet is $10 per night (2 or 3 nights minimum applies). Pets have to be on a leash outside the cottage and we require an agreement to reimburse all damages.
 Please mention your pet(s) when making an inquiry or reservation!
Services and Amenities:There is a wood burning fireplace in each cottage. You can bring some wood to enjoy a cosy fire or you can purchase fire logs from us.
For your convenience, the kitchen is fully equipped - full range with oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and silverware.
The bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower and we supply clean towels daily for both the bathroom and the kitchen.
The cottage has a color TV set and a DVD player, so bring your favorite movies! We also offer free satellite TV with ExpressVu commercial programming (at this time over 50 TV channels - CBC, Networks, Sport, News, Comedy - and about 30 music channels).
Rates

The rate for a cottage is CAN $ 230.00 per night for two persons plus 8 % Hotel Room Tax and 5% GST.
Our special rate during peak season (July, August, September) for stays longer than one night is CAN $ 198.00 per night plus taxes.
Our special rate from October 1st to June 30th for stays longer than one night is CAN $ 189.00 per night plus taxes.
Starting October 1st until March 31st (except for the Christmas Season) we offer a low special rate for midweek stays (Monday to Thursday) longer than two nights of CAN $ 179.00 per night plus taxes.
The special rate for weekly stays (7 nights and longer) is CAN $ 179.00 per night plus taxes.
Deposits and Cancellation Policy: To reserve a cottage we require a 1 night deposit for stays up to 3 nights, for stays of 4 nights and longer the deposit is 50% of the total amount. The deposit of 1 night can be paid per credit card or cheque, for longer stays the deposit is payable per cheque only.
Our cancellation policy is 21 days prior to arrival for refund of the deposit, although a service fee of $ 25.00 is applied on such cancellations. For cancellations later than 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be not refunded. The balance of the full amount is payable at check in.
